Signatures can be:

• Handwritten
• S-signature – Name between two single forward slashes – Signature must be accompanied by printed/typed name of signer and be easily identifiable – /Andrea Evans/
• Graphic

**Multiple Inventors: ALL inventors must sign UNLESS a power of attorney has been granted to one or more of the joint inventors
