Eligibility:

To participate in the "INVENTORS OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFE TIME" (the "Contest"), entrant must accept and adhere to the Terms and Conditions and these Official Contest Rules (the "Official Rules") and not otherwise be disqualified from participation in the Contest. Persons under 18 years old as of the date of their entry into the Contest must submit their entry through a parent or legal guardian. Contest open to ALL.

How to Enter:

TO ENTER THIS CONTEST, ENTRANT MUST

Be At Least 18 Years of Age or Have A Parent/Legal Guardian Jointly Agree To the Terms and Conditions and Official Rules of This Contest
Have A U.S. Patent Or Have Filed A U.S. Patent Application Or A Provisional Patent With The United States Patent & Trademark Office Listing Entrant As An Inventor And Concerning The Submitted Invention;
Read, Understand and Accept the Terms and Conditions and the Official Rules;
Complete the Entry Process and Completely Answer the Official On-Line Questionnaire;
Entrant's Completed Entry Must Be Received Prior August 31 2006. (The "Deadline");
Must Be Willing To Sign a Manufacturer's Agreement with Ez Technologies, Inc.;
Sign a Non-Discloser Agreement with EZ Technologies, Inc.;

Judging:

Odds of winning will be based on the total number of entries received there may be more then one winner. A panel of industry experts, from EZ Technologies, Inc., will judge submissions. The decision of the judges shall be final.

The judges will not limit the pool of all submitted invention ideas .There is a chance that there may be more then one winner. Candidates may be contacted via email and may be required to provide additional contact information within 7 days. Supplemental information on submissions may also be required. In order to participate in the exposition, candidates will be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release forms permitting their invention ideas to be posted on our website and featured in partner or Sponsor materials.

Intellectual Property Protection:

In order to participate in the EZ Technologies, Inc. "INVENTORS OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFE TIME", all entrants must be able to provide proof that (a) their invention idea is protected by a U.S. Patent or (b) they have filed a pending U.S. patent application or (c) they have filed a provisional patent application. In addition, entrants will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging their acceptance of the risks of disclosing their inventions to sponsor and the public through their participation in this Contest.

The Sponsor will disqualify finalists who cannot appear at the Contest event in person, absent extraordinary circumstances or other approval.

Evaluation Criteria:

Within each category, submissions will be judged based on the following criteria.

Invention (1/3): Categorization as an EZ Technologies, Inc. (based on the definition - "technological breakthrough or commonly used item crafted through ingenuity, invention and imagination"), uniqueness of invention, potential of application, ability to be patented.

Inventor (1/3): Overall inventiveness, cleverness and uniqueness of approach.

History (1/3): History behind the development of the invention idea, interesting and or inspiring invention idea story, and its historical precedent.

Deadline:

Invention ideas may be submitted beginning June 9 2006. The deadline for submitting an invention idea is August 31 2006 (The "Deadline"). This date may be extended do to the volume of submissions. Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are not received by that deadline.

What you can win:

The inventor can win "OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFE TIME" - EZ Technologies, Inc. will bring your invention to the next and complete level the market via our network of partners. We will invest our time and money need to produce a proto type if one in not been produced.

We will help in any redesign of product changes required for the invention to be complete, including design change to packaging needs, production requirements.

We will manufacturer and arrange shipping to the purchaser of your new product.

EZ Technologies we offer as needed our full services to the needs of the product.

EZ Technologies will handle all financial needs and account processing, all cash disbursements.
