FILING REQUIREMENTS FOR A US NON-PROVISIONAL PATENT APPLICATION
In order to receive a filing date for a non-provisional patent application, the following is required:
- A specification, including a description and at least one claim
- Drawings, when necessary
- Inventor information including the legal name, residence and mailing address of each inventor.
- Oath or declaration
- The prescribed filing, search and examination fees.
